It was decided to have the 2020 Convocation Certificate Distribution Ceremony of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura from 28th – 31st December 2021 at BMICH.
As per the existing health guidelines, only 700 individuals will be accommodated per session inside and outside of the main hall of BMICH. Therefore, we can accommodate around 220 graduands, around 440 guests of the graduands and our staff per session.
The schedule is as follows:
28th Dec. : Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences – 4 sessions
29th Dec. : Faculty of Applied Sciences and Faculty of Graduate Studies – 4 sessions (2.5 sessions for FAS and 1.5 sessions for FGS)
30th Dec. : Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce – 4 sessions
31st Dec. : Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce and Faculty of Medical Sciences – 4 (2 sessions for FMSC and 2 for FMS)
If there is a change in health guidelines where 50% capacity will be allowed, sessions will be amalgamated.
